After my ten years with Aspire, i feel confident in my role and I feel my training is up to date for the services I support. I have learned numerous things which help in my job role such as how to deal with challenging behaviour. Thi has been very helpful within my role.
I feel Leah is very approachable if I ever need to contact her, if I feel any other traning is needed which would benefit my role, I would speak to Leah.
