National Stress Awareness Month - April 2024

Advice to help manage stress:

  • Prioritise - take the time to assess what is improtant in your life and make a plan to prioritise those things.
  • Get organised - clutter and disorganisation can add to stress levels, so take the time to organise your space.
  • Relax - take time out of each day to relax.  Whether it's a hot bath, reading a book or taking a walk, find something that helps you unwind and enjoy life.

Invest time in POSITIVITY

  • Express your feelings - write down your feelings or share them with someone that you trust.
  • Practice gratitude - take a few moments each day to relfect on things that you are thankful for.
