Providing quality care and supports

From Supported Individual (1) - Kimberley is amazing. I really look forward to my support with her.  She has helped me so much.  I feel like my support has structure to it.  Kim has helped me with my budgeting, my confidence, appointments and mail.

From Supported Individual (2) - I feel that i can open up to Kim and speak freely. Kim has helped me apply for a welfare fund as my washing machine and fridge-freezer broke sometime ago.  Kim has now gave me a routine where i am out 4 days a week.  I have issues with my benefits and kim assisted me to citizens advice and they were fixed.  All my bills have been changed to direct debits. I haven't been to the dentist for over 10 years and Kim encouraged me to make and appointment and made arrangements to come and support me.

From Family member of a supported individual - I just want to express my feelings on the care that Kimberley gives my brother.  She is very caring, kind, and very patient with him.  She looks for interesting things for him to do on a daily basis.  He enjoys when he has Kim on his rota for the day.  I completely trust her with the care of my brother.  I feel she deserves praise for the work she does.
