The senior team within Aspire have held a range of diverse posts within social care and health services.
The senior management team consists of:
Margaret Robertson, Governance and Business Manager and Director:
Margaret qualified as RSCN, RGN, BSc Community Health Nursing, Specialist Practitioner CCN and has 42 years experience within the NHS, Social Care and the Voluntary sector.
Margaret's experience and expertise includes Self-Directed Support; Homelessness; Children, Young People and Adults with Disability and Complex Needs; and Palliative Care. Margaret was appointed as the Diana Nurse for NHS Lanarkshire and established NHS Lanarkshire’s Community Children's Nursing Service. Prior to joining Aspire in January 2008 she was Director of Care for CHAS, establishing Robin House Children's Hospice.

Una Munro, Regional Manager:
A qualified Social Worker (CQSW), with Post Graduate Certificates in Social Work Management (2006) and Social Services Leadership (2008).
Una aims to act as a role model of integrity, compassion and social responsibility with solid professionalism and essential leadership.
Una has worked with in the Glasgow homelessness and addiction sector for over thirty years, with a wide range of experience in service development, redesign, and transformation. Through effective and strategic leadership, Una strives to ensure that services provide high quality care and supports that are personalised and promote positive outcomes for all supported individuals within our Glasgow Accommodation Housing Support and Outreach Services.
Laura Wright, New Business and Services Development Manager:
SVQ3 Health and Social Care, SVQ4 Health and Social Care, PG Cert Leadership in Drug and Alcohol Studies
Laura has worked in health and social care for over 20 years and has experience in working with vulnerable people of all ages who have faced a variety of challenges within their lives. Working within various roles, Laura has focused on prevention, crisis intervention and recovery focused work with homeless people, addiction, and a range of other complex needs.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys keeping fit particularly by running, boxing and swimming as well as watching her beloved Scotland National Football team both home and away. Laura loves travelling and has had the pleasure in visiting many wonderful places and being up close to some of her most favourite wildlife.
Our Employee Ownership Trustee Board, consisting of 5 members, has the responsibility to ensure senior managers of Aspire uphold proper governance of the organisation and ensure it meets the requirements set out in it’s articles of association.
